For many years I dreamed of visiting the Emerald Isle of Ireland and seeing all of its many historical landmarks and legendary landscapes. The Cliffs of Moher, located in County Clare, in the Province of Munster is an exquisite wonder of the world, and on a clear, chilly morning in the month of May, I was finally able to stroll across this breathtaking landscape and breath in the cool sea breezes and fresh, crisp air, nearly 705 feet (214m) above sea level. For this excursion, I took an Irish Day Tour bus ride, which was a nice way to see many popular tourist sites throughout Ireland and meet some wonderful people from all over the world. However, if you are driving alone or with a group of travelers, taking the entire day to walk these grounds and visit the award winning Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, where you can learn about the history of this magnificent work of nature and visit the shop and two cafes, is also well worth your traveler time. Although nothing compares to beholding the Cliffs of Moher with the naked eye, I hope these photographs and video clips allow you to experience at least some of the marvelous sensations I experienced while visiting this grandeur of mother nature. Safe Travels! Nadine Traveler
